The site is located at jalan ampang with area of 1.3 acres (56,625 sqft) and 8.2 proposed plot ratio. The project has several setback, which are: deep and elongated land, an underground gas pipe that cutting through at 1/3 of the site, and the existing 22-floor residence that is blocking the view towards the city center from the site. Due to this, several important aspect to consider are the planning at basement and ground level and massing studies to respond to the existing buildings. These limitations have brought forth the idea of Vista Verde, which is to bring the Garden to the city where every unit will have the best vistas and A Garden.
