RHB has its vision to be among the top three financial institutions in ASEAN by 2020 and 5 core values: Customer Focus, Teamwork, Respect, Innovation, Quality Service. With its brand's driving characteristic, we proposed to design its new HQ with new corporate identity through new corporate culture and new workplace, breaking from traditional working culture. The location of the new HQ (59,795 sqft) is next to the exisiting RHB building (170,387 sqft) with proposed plot ratio of 8.8. It is designed to respond to the existing RHB compound, bridging the old and the new and to introduce connectivity in both physical and visual forms of expression. In addition, the new proposal is addressing the current global issues with an innovative and sustainable design which realises the potential of the development without compromising on aesthetic and function.
