OXLEY TOWERS KLCC
The Oxley Towers is a high-rise mixed development that consists of three towers which includes hotel, serviced apartments and office. The towers are arranged efficiently and tappered at higher level to maximize building interdistance. There are two bridges catering public living program in between to link among the towers as well, adding elevated public spaces as well as strengthen the buildings against lateral load. The design responds to the surrounding context and provides urban connectivity linkage in both physical and visual forms of expressions. It features 25,000 sqft public plaza on the Jalan Ampang side, creating an urban-corridor towards the KLCC park.
The design concept and facade is inspired by the Malaysian "weaving" arts that cohabits synergistically with the existing cityscape. Naturally it introduces a recognizable visual cultural identity that wraps around the building in layes, creating vibrant and richness on the both internal and external visual experience.
